Standard bank service is disgusting

I took a life cover with standard bank and now I want to cancel it but the consultants just drop the phone in my ear. I called twice, sent emails and contacted them on Facebook and gave them my ID number and cell phone number but still today they have not canceled the life cover and send proof nothing!!!
