Standard bank ****

I am so disgusted by standard bank right now. Their customer service is terrible. Ive queried with them for months now with regards to a mistake on my insurance and no response. They also continued saying that I owe a loan and eventually had a bad record for non payment when I settled that loan a long time ago. Terrible Bank
