Standard bank SBIB unreachable telephonically or electronically

I've done everything possible to reach out to SBIB to correct an ID number on my funeral policy with no success. The email address given to me is incorrect. I did everything trying to avoid getting attention via this mefium but, I'm left with no choice but to do so
