STANDARD Bank Road side STUFFS UP AGAIN

<p>On the 28/02/2017 i called the road assist call center to book a call for my car to be towed at 8:30 .</p> <p>At 9;00 i called the call center and said i was waiting for the tow truck, they said that will call me back At 9;30 i had to call to see what was happing , They said they were busy with First Road . I CALLED AGAIN AT 10;00 the driver was 30 min away ...at 10;15 the driver called saying his GPS was not working and could i call him for directions as HE HAD NO AIR TIME.. I called the Standard ban k Call center they said they will get hold of the driver .. after many call back and forth ( R80) they finnaly pitched at 11:58 .</p> <p>This is big differenc from 8;30 that i had booked ...This is the secound time that i have been let down by them and this time a ****py gift wont help </p>
