Standard Bank retrenchment documents submitted but still debiting my account

My name is Tebogo Dlamini *** I have a personal loan with standard bank. I was retrenched in September 2020 and I submitted my documents in October 2020 to the insurance department, I am still waiting for response from the insurance but now they debited money from my account on the 01/12/2020 an amount of R2200 an they are not willing to reverse it. The insurance department has not yet responded I need urgent assistance as I have been taken from pillar to post when trying to resolve this issue
