Standard Bank rendering their clients homeless

Our house burnt down 12 months ago. During the claim Standard Bank has tried to render us homeless three times. First by not wanting to pay alternative accommodation, then by trying to reject the claim unfairly and now by not paying out or delaying the payments so much that the contractors cannot work, all the while they want to again stop alternative accommodation. This claim has been a year long nightmare for me and my family! After such a traumatic experience we're being terrorized every day as the Bank is doing all they can not to help and keeping us powerless.
