Standard Bank Poor Home Insurance

Standard Bank Home insurance is shocking. The level of service is poor. My boundry wall fell in January 2019 due to heavy rain. We are now at the end of May 2019 and my wall is still not fixed. After numerous calls to standard bank and empty promises I am beyond tired. Why pay insurance when you are continuously promised that the contracts will come out and fix. Poor Poor Poor
