Standard Bank poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service and lack of communication from Standard Bank regarding my insurance claim payout. After submitting my claim and completing all the required processes, I was informed that the payout would reflect in my account within 48 hours. I accepted this timeframe and waited patiently. However, it has now been more than 72 hours, and I have still not received my money .complete lack of communication and feedback from Standard Bank.
