standard bank please stop ****ming people

standard bank insurance is a ****, they debited my credid card account for the past 13 years without my permission, when i telephoned them i was told is for credit protection, but without my consent, without any contract that is totally ****, all i want is my money back, i want my refund with interest for the past 13 years. I'm prepared to take this matter to court.
