Standard Bank Personal Loans

Hi

I sent an email in Jan 2018 and contacted ***as advised.

To date still nothing from you Standard Bank even after asking to be contacted.

I wanted to and would still like to make an arrangement to pay this off as I was not working. Just got back on my feet and need to pay this off. Can someone CALL me and advise a way forward.

I went to a branch at Festival Mall and was still advised to contact you.

Now i receive calls that I am being handed over even after getting through to you. This is *******, as is i was struggling and wanted to somehow pay this loan back in intervals and now i am expected to pay off additional payment due to some summon???? Gibberish!!!!

I have been using the same number from 2016.
