Standard bank pathetic customer service

I have on numerous occasions tried canceling my car insurance with standard bank. To date I have emailed tried calling but have not received any feedback what so ever... I cannot understand what is so hard about giving me the details I require to cancel this insurance... Due to incompetency and poor customer service I am paying for a service that I do not require!!! I will never use standard bank going forward!!
