Standard Bank - Not even Pathetic but absolutely no Customer Service?

So I already have insurance with these guys and I would like to add my wife's vehicle and wedding ring. They just do not bother to respond to any emails sent to them nor do they phone back as per their phone you back facility on their website. Abysmal service to existing customers. I would not suggest Standard Bank Insurance to anybody. Received various quotes now from other companies, with prompt responses and very helpful staff. This kind of an attitude will lead to my bank accounts I have with Standard bank also seeing a move soon.

Disgusted lifetime Standard bank customer.
