STANDARD BANK NON EXISTENCE SERVICE PATHETIC

22/8/2023 I sent an email after telephonically contacting Standard Bank Home owners Insurance requesting a quote for adding my solar. Sent invoices and COC Certificate as requested. 7/9/2023 - Follow up telephonically and was assisted by Molefi Selele, He sent a mail to Lulama Maliwa requesting the necessary documents. 7/9/2023 - received a copy of another persons policy of Mr Mafana. 7/9/2023 Sent mail and advised wrong policy 12/9/2023 contacting Standard Bank and spoke to Tennile Mackett who said she will assisted me and sent her a mail as well. On Same day logged a complaint via E-Mail to complaint Resolution Centre and included Tennille Mackett in my mail.

Up until today 3 October 2023 - no reply, assistance of follow up received from STandard Bank Insurance.

How pathetic for such a big Bank.
