Standard Bank "No" Insurance Ltd

I have absolutely had it with Standard Bank insurance services as they are absolutely useless. They work with *********** contractors that caused a fire at my premises, and then refused to take responsibility for it, and even denied the claim according to an inaccurate report that this same *********** contractor gave them. Now they want to increase my premium with more than 26%, and this after they have denied my previous claims for a water pipe leaking and gate motor that broke due to excessive rains in Cape Town. When you ask to speak to management, they absolutely refuse to speak to you, and you have to deal with office staff that cannot make decisions and have no idea of what they are talking about.
