Standard Bank NO heart 💔

Standard Bank, do you have a heart, I really don't think do, my Dad passed away on 20 April, we took out a funeral policy to pay for the funeral, it's now the 9 June and still NO light at the end of the tunnel, my Advice to anyone please don't use Standard Bank for life cover they are the worst, my Mother has to deal with the dead of my father, standard Bank is dragging there feet, but have the audacity to tell my mother which is a pensioner, if she doesn't carry on paying for the policy she will loose 83%, are you kidding me really, pathetic
