Standard bank loads insurance without approval

I am very dissapointed with Standard Bank. I have a new homeloan for with standard bank and before my homeloan was initiated, I obtained home insurance through another provider which was cheaper. I sent this to standard bank and they removed their insurance policy from my account as requested. 5 Months later I get occupation and standard bank loads its own insurance policy without my consent and approval. When phoning the insurance call center, I was told they cannot help cancel anything and I must send a email. Upon sending email I am told that it will take 10 days to receive a response.
