Standard Bank Life nightmare
I have been asking for assistance from Standard Bank regarding my life cover policy for months now and I can never get through to anyone except sales. Everytime I get through to someone, they tell me I need to call customer support. For months now, I have been unable to reach anyone from customer support. So far, I am unable to even cancel the policy because I cannot get through to anyone. This is sickening.
