Standard bank life insurance is nothing what they advertise

My dad passed away a year ago. Standard bank advertises life insurance without medical check ups and guess what? Now standard bank needs a whole lot of medical investigating! My dad was stabbed in 2002 in his lung, but survived it. 15 years later he dies of natural causes and yet standard bank is investigating the 2002 stab wound? Really?? Everytime we phone or mail, they simply answer "it's still under investigation" Investigation of what? 15 years have passed! He passed away a natural death!! It's been a year and still nothing!
