Standard Bank Life Insurance

Im so sick and tired of standard bank it is actually a joke. I bought a house and told the attorney I will take out my own life insurance. She somehow missed the mail and added the life insurance. I told her i will take it for now and sort it out at a later stage. Was the biggest mistake of my life....

The current police covers me for, 6 months retrenchment, disability and death as per the sign documentation. For me to change the policy i need to have one year retrenchment cover, disability and death and the funny part is the fact that there is no insurer in South Africa that offers a one year cover...!!! Standardbank dont reply on mails, they dont answer their phones and im actually stuck not sure what to do at this stage.... My reason for changing is because they are so expensice on a R850 000 bond im paying R1500. 00 per month and this was also increase with approximately R150. 00 and I dont even have this policy a year as of yet. I sent them a mail telling them that they are not allowed to take the additional cost of (increase price) and guess what they did..... They deducted it without even replying to my mail. I feel that this is ***** so please tell me how to fix this???

They do just as they please so Standard Bank I will never ever deal with you guys again.....
