Standard bank Liberty Vehicle insurance is absolutely the worst insurance I've had.

Almost a month since I've claimed with Standard bank liberty vehicle insurance and Im saying whatever you do, don't even think of insuring your vehicle with them. I've had to follow them around for every single feedback, they keep promising to provide you with feedback and you will never get feedback from them not even a phone call or email, till today. I've sent the team leader an email requesting for assistance, the person handling my case doesn't even respond to my emails after he said it's our platform of communication. A month later I'm stranded no transport to take me to and from work no sense of urgency for their clients at all or any sense of communication. I only wish they maintained the same consistency in communication as when they want you to join their policy. I myself am a customer service representative and I'm not impressed at all I've kept my cool for too long out of respect maybe that is why my patience is being taken advantage of.
