Standard Bank Legal Assist Not Assisting

Legal assist is awfully poor, i referred a labout matter to them on 27 August 2024, emailed all supporting documents, again send a follow up email on 30 August 2024, no feedback at all. Again i phoned on 2 September 2024, was promised to be appointed legal rep on the same day, nothing happened! No sense of urgency, no care for a customer and my matter is urgent.
