Standard bank is the worst insurance in the world.

I've been trying to resolve a claim now for more than 4 weeks, consultants are not able to assist me and when i ask to speak to a manager they spin some story about how the managers have not yet been set up "out of office", but then another consultant will tell you that the manager is in meetings the whole day. I have a garage door that needs fixing and the area is not safe, I am afraid for the safety of my family!!!!! But they do not seem to care. They are happy to take your money but not willing to assist you when you need to make a claim !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Standard Bank Insurance to anyone
