Standard bank is the worst bank ever... I want to go back to my old bank

I recently moved to Standard bank from FNB and when I went there I took my pay slip and all FICA documents to open an account, the consultant helped me open an account and then in the 24th when my salary was paid, they blocked my account and now are demanding proof of funds and a police affidavit for me to access my accounts.
