Standard bank is the worat

Made a claim on the 29th of January and am still awaiting response to date. When I call them, they send me from one department to the other until my airtime runs out. I want all my premiums back, I can't work so hard and be taken for a ride, standard bank is a waste and I want my money back. I guess that's why standard bank shareholdersare and their CEO are raking in huge returns every year, they're not paying claims of poor clients for their own benefit.
