Standard Bank is Shoddy

I would give Standard Bank Insurance a zero star if I could but unfortunately that option is not available. Stay away from Standard Bank building insurance and possibly any insurance they offer. I have had two claims in my life and both of them was handled horribly. More recently my geyser blew, again I had to follow up and follow up. Geyser eventually repaired however the other damage not, their excuse without even communicating with me and after last week stating that they would send someone to assess who never came, was that it was pre existing damage yet this wasn't assessed and yet this is a newly built house insured with them from day 1. I will be canceling with them and moving ALL my business and accounts elsewhere
