Standard Bank is shocking!

Our patience is running out!! It’s been 3 months since a massive hail storm in Pietermaritzburg. My parents house got badly hit impacting the roof. Since then we have a leaking roof. Unable to use a bedroom because the leaks are so bad! My father has been going back and forth with Standard Bank yet no one seems to be able to assist. A basic shelter over our heads and Standard Bank don’t give a damn! Years of paying insurance yet nothing gets done! Standard Bank your Security is only going to get worse the more it rains! Please HELP!!!!!!!! We need shelter!
