Standard Bank is refusing to cancel my insurance despite the fact I have signed for a new insurance and settled my home loan.

Standard Bank insurance is refusing to cancel my home owners insurance. I have settled my loan and also got a new insurance with Hollard . It has been weeks that I have sent them all sorts of documents from my new insurer and they just keep disregarding them as not been good enough for the might standard Bank. What I do not understand is that i do not owe Standard anything since I have settled my home loan and I don't understand the reason why they are concerned about me having an insurance or not.
