Standard bank is money hungry vultures

I will try to keep this short. I settled my home loan 9 years in advance and didn't even got 1cent off and on the same day STD Bank offered me another loan. Then their insurance (SBIB) contacted me to cancel my insurance. I explained to them that I don't want to cancel my insurance, they said I can keep my insurance. Today they deducted an insurance premium ref: Capitec: Debit Order -R763.47 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref SBIB-INSURHLC***01001NAEDO DR 20 and 2 hours after that I got this sms: Your Bond is closed and home loan insurance cancelled, to continue the home insurance cover and debit order call *** or email ***. I mean ***!!!! To those people who think that they settled their accounts, here's another news flash, you still have to pay +-R5000 to register the bond in your name (wonder what happened to the registration money you pay when you buy the property)
