Standard Bank is in the business of ripping customers off

Standard bank insurance is a bunch of *******. They take your money for years, but when you want to claim repairs due to lightning strike they say they are not going to fix it and it is maintenance. This after I got a quote from someone else saying the damage will cost R10000. I believe they are instructing their assessors to deliberately write their reports not to pay out. I am fed up with poor service from Standard Banks. Being a private banking client has no benefit whatsoever.
