Standard bank is ****

My family made a claim on the 28th of Apri for a funeral claim, we waited for 48hours for the outcome of the claim. No communication was done until we called them today and got puleng.We were suprised to find out that they wont pay because the policy didn't have 6months yet it had 6 premiums how possible is that. We never expected such from such a big insurere,so disappointed.
