Standard Bank is a worst of time!!

I was retrenched in May and submitted my claim documents for my loan I have at standard bank in June. Up till today I have been debited on my account each month for my loan with no resolution! I have to go into the bank each time and no one can help me! I have spent HUNDREDS OF rands in airtime calling around to stop the money from going off my account. The consultants are absolutely useless as they cannot sort it out and the complaint department is even worse. I have no clue on what to do next because no one can help me.
