Standardbank funeral insurance is a ****. I claimed a week before burial, my claim is not processed they kept giving me excuses. They are saying my claim has not been processed because they can’t get a hold of the funeral parlour. I submitted the death certificate from home Affairs, B i form, burial order, but still my claim has not been paid. It has been a week after burrying my dad and still no pay out
