Standard bank inurance brokers try to avoid large expensive claims with last minute changes to their policies.

I have received a policy via email on 2019-12-05, this policy charges me for SASRIA, which actually covers civil unrest and riots. Today I got an email from Standardbank insurance brokers wit the wording "Important information about your policy".

I note on page 15 that they now exclude claims relating to unrest. Civil or public disorder, riot or public disturbances (Such as a strike or a lock out)

I found it very interesting that they now all of a sudden exclude such claims although you already paid the SASRIA premium now that there is a possibility of such claims with a high probability of happening.
