Standard bank International Inward payments

Hi Team Even after the complaint, not only was the issues not resolved, which means I still have not received the money on my account and that my Daughter's school fees has not been paid. But I haven't even received a call to explain the reason for the delay or if I'm in the wrong in filling in the form correctly, nothing. Now I really don't know what to say.
