Standard bank insurrance and banking worst bank ever

2019/03/10 roof gave in of heavy rains,2019/03/11 log a claim, 2019/03/12 contractor for kitchen cubboars sent, most useless contractor i have ever seen, open one cubboard ooo no damage look on his watch the whole time and leave,20 minutes later second contractor arrives, inspect roof everything say will put in qoute next day and leaves,2019/03/13 16h30 got phone call claim denied because roof nails came loose and roof not overlapping, try phoning back to speak to supervisor or manager and then they put you on hold for nearly 2 hours, last year accessor was at premisses to inspect no mention of roof not overlapping nothing instead insurrance payment went up nearly double as it was before, phoned them eish sorry sir i dont know
