Standard Bank Insure is Useless
I have sent numerous mails asking Standard Bank Insure to update my home owners policy. Yesterday morning when I phoned a lady named NOMA assured me that I will have thge updated policy by close of business. True to Standard Bank's level of service that did not happen. Standard bank is the the worse bank and have absolutely no idea what the word service means.

This morning I was told that Noma mailed the documents to herself, but that she has not received the mail.
So, your MAIL SERVERS are also not working!
Please give me a reference number for this complaint. I will need it for the OMBUDSMAN process.

My instructions was that the old inverter must be replaced with the new one. Now, BOTH inverters are on my policy.

Attached documentation refers. Please replace the existing 4Kw inverter (document 01) with the newly installed 8Kw inverter (document 02).
Also attached, the invoice and proof of initial and final payment as well as the newly issued COC for this installation.
I have all the supporting documentation for the above.
