Standard Bank Insure Debits even when car insurance was cancelled 3 months ago

Standatd Bank Insurance debited my account even when I cancelled the insurance. I cancelled insurance with them in November, the following month I was covered with another car insurance but now in January they debit R1700. What the hell for? What **** is this? I want my money immediately!
