STANDARD BANK INSURE ARE *******, COLLECTING MONEY BUT CANT ASSIST CLIENTS

I logged a query for my built in stove that was tripping and they send a technician to check the stove out but they couldn’t fix it and it needed to be replaced. I waited for days for feedback the appointed Cinga Ngwenya on the B insurance side never said anything to me until I called and the person said they are waiting for the report from MRM TECHNICAL. Waited and called back again and I was told my claim was invalid because there was no storm. So I asked who said there was storm because I claim for my household item that was not working. Let’s be careful of the incompetency of the MRM ELECTRICAL who sent 5 kids to my house to assess the stove and couldn’t write a report because they didn’t even understand what there were doing.
