STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******. Ongoing escalation home insurance matter. They purposefully withhold information and reports when their findings do not match. Purposefully not responding in the hopes you give up on matters. They wil look for a scentence in a report and use that to invalidate serious clams and purposefully not reviewing the claims in it’s intirety. They withold reports and information from clients and refuse to awnser questions and matters raised which has merit to claims. They do not awnser emails. ****** in my book. Stay away. When you refuse to be transparent, you are defnitmey hiding something! Stay away. DISCOVERY INSURE is not scared or afraid to share reports, be transparent. I’m moving back to them.
