Standard Bank Insurance...The most distasteful insurer ever

I submitted a claim with Standard Bank for my oven, which was repudiated on the basis of wear and tear they say

Show me one person in the world who opens up their oven time and again to check the condition or standing of their wires? How do you even maintain wires? How does one even know when wires are due for a service? If the stove is working, why would you need to check you wires??? This does NOT make any sense to me at all. This to me simply says that should my structure collapse one day,I'll be told I should have checked the condition of the cement cementing my bricks...

I am highly dissapointed with Standard Bank honestly. Considering that I hardly use my oven,let alone have even used it for more than an hour because I don't even bake for that matter and have such an outcome from an insurance is quite distasteful
