Standard Bank insurance - Worst service
We are very dissatisfied with Standard Bank insurance, 3months ago we put a claim in for our electric fence, the assessor from standard bank insurance came and took the old stuff and we have kept calling them upto now No answers for us about that claim.
2nd Claim 3weeks ago - we contacted them to claim for our (security cameras) cameras and our fence(claim of 3months ago)
Still no feed back on any of our claims. This is by far the worst service i have received. I feel this is unacceptable.

Had someone call me just to say someone will call me, still waiting this is unprofessional and it is very frustrating that this is the service that Standard Bank insurance clients is receiving.
