Standard Bank insurance WORST EVER!!!

September 2020 my Geyser messed water all over my ceiling, walls and linen cupboard. Standard bank sent their *********** contractors out all giving different diagnostics. I was then informed that Standard bank does not cover a broken geyser. I paid different plumbers, Electricians and workers to fix my walls and ceilings etc. The 17th January 2021 the Geyser burst and again damaged my ceilings, walls and linen closet. I called Standard bank numerous times since yesterday and I was only told this afternoon that Millicent was suppose to contact me last year Septermber regarding a payout. Now, again i am left to pay and fix this mess!!!! Worst insurance company to deal with. I would not recommend STANDARD BANK to anyone.
