Standard Bank Insurance - where are the builders?

Two trees in my garden were knocked over during a sudden storm on 8th March 2014; my house, garage and carport were damaged. I made a claim with Standard Bank the same day. They advised me to get quotes for tree removal and carport damage and to arrange those repairs myself. However, they said they would send their own builders for the claim for damage to the house and garage. I arranged the tree removal and carport repairs, which Standard Bank paid out for on the 29th of March. In a telephone conversation at that time I reminded them that I was still waiting for the builders. The builders still do not appear, and I received no response from Standard Bank Insurance. I emailed them again on April 12th indicating that I was still waiting. I received NO RESPONSE at all. I emailed them - getting more annoyed by now - on April 17th, referring to previous correspondence and asking for the builders. I received NO RESPONSE at all.

My email correspondence was with: ********** and ********** I included my claim number in the subject line as required.

By today (22nd April) I have still received NO RESPONSE from Standard Bank Insurance regarding the building repairs.
