Standard Bank Insurance wheels coming off.

Report burst pipe on Friday afternoon. They promise to send a plumber on Saturday morning. On Monday afternoon still nothing. After I called them again, their excuse is they could not find a plumber in the area. Do not ever bother to inform me of this. Absolutely pathetic to say the least.
