Standard Bank Insurance wants to do terrible patchwork to avoid responsibility.

Standard Bank Insurance does not seem to be an insurance company, they appear to be a patching company. I had a tree fallen over, damaging some of the swimming pool coping tiles. The Standard Bank Insurance contractor concluded that the damaged tiles are not made anymore, so he just disappeared. Now Standard Bank Insurance wants a quote from me for the damaged tiles alone (which does not exist anymore). They want me to replace the damaged tiles with a different kind of tiles. Imagine what this will look like. I have since moved to Outsurance and the service is simply 100 levels better.
