Standard Bank Insurance wants me to get ******

Standard Insurance expects me to go to a distant and dangerous location to do my vehicle inspection. The only 2 inspection centers are both in the end of town that is populated by drug addicts and **********s , as I am neither I have no intention of putting myself in danger. I said that they will have to refund me so I can get insurance that does not put me in danger and they refuse.
