Standard Bank Insurance waiting for people to die before doing their job

Nearly 3 months since my home was flooded, more than 2 months since approval was given for the repairs, emails and countless HelloPeter complaints and still not a word from Standard Bank Insurance on when they will be starting the repairs. I've even let them know I believe their was damage to the structure and asked if they will send an engineer... Not a word. Are they waiting for the house to collapse and people to die?
