Standard Bank Insurance very slow to help when it comes to assessing a claim

We had a major storm with hail in December. I logged a claim because of damage to my roof and lapa. To date no one has been to my property to assess the damage. Only a sms saying someone will contact me, but no joy yet. I even a call from a plumber, but they can't fix what was damaged. So Standard Bank Insurance is obviously very disorganized. Every time it rains more water is dripping on my ceiling.
