Standard Bank Insurance very BAD SERVICE

I’ve been struggling for nearly 2 weeks to get a claim finalised. The claim was approved but the vendors/ service providers are I’m being pushed from pillar to post. Nobody ever gets back to me!!! I have since had to live with a gaping hole in the ceiling caused by the team Standard Bank sent out! With this cold I’ve done the repairs one will do the remaining repairs Please think twice before using this service provider. I have other products with Standard Bank and will definitely seek alternatives
