Standard bank insurance useless dont even consider

Once again standard bank insurance company you really outdone your self again with the most pathetic service's again its been about a week now i logged in a claim still never received any response or feedback from nobody. Nobody contacted me or came out to inspect nothing now my house is getting more damaged and starting to smell bad the ceiling and looking like **** with all the rain we getting and we are getting more and more rain and what more damages is that going to be and when they really decided to come or contact you or give a **** about you they will look for all sorts of reasons under the sun not to repair or what so like they did with all the other claims cause they have the best rocket scientist around that can tell you when and what happened when they were not there and the still get they payment every month and still ask for an access for **** service's that they provide they should really consider our need ll as the customer as we are paying for peace of mind or we paying for nothing to make them Ritch and taking us out of pocket for their benefits so please choose your insurance company wisely and put standard bank last on your list if not rather save your money you will be wasting it so lets see if they decide to fix this or not and charge me or what ever i will definitely post again with outcome
